What began as a family experiment with a Korean snow machine in a Phoenix garage is now the valley's favorite way to cool down.

We fell in love with bingsu determined to pair that silky snow with the agua fresca flavors we grew up with. Watermelon and lemon. Mango and passionfruit. Pineapple and lime. Chamoy and tajin on everything.
Everything is prepped in-house each morning and finished in front of you. Nothing sits in a freezer waiting — that's why it tastes like fruit and not like a snow cone.
