Samgyetang (Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup, 人参鸡 ) - traditional Korean soup for health.
The chicken is stuffed with ginseng, red dates & glutinous rice.
Add chicken into a pot of water(750ml).
Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. Skim off the foam on top. Cover and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
