Question: Could I know when is my delivery?/ Could I know what time is my delivery?
Answer: We deliver 1 to 3 working days after order is made(Except Weekend & Public Holiday) between 2pm to 9pm for order with Frozen items, driver will notify you 30 to 45 mins before arrival. We do seek your understanding if delivery is late due to unforeseen circumstances(Heavy rain)
For orders without Frozen items, we will deliver your item within the next week.
You will be notified 1 day before delivery date
Question: Could I order now and had it send on another day?/Can I select a delivery date?
Answer: Yes, you can have your order deliver on another date or preferred date. However the max we can hold your order is 7 days, after 7 days your order will be delivered.
*Certain promo items will not able to be add as your order is on hold.
Question: Can I select a specific time for my delivery to arrive?
Answer: We can only try and we do not promise because our driver will the deliver based on the most optimise delivery route and timing will be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
Question: Could I know what is the expiry date for my product?
Answer: Frozen meats and Frozen seafood, it will be able to last 4 to 6 months in the freezer.
Kimchi, it can be stored up to 6 months, do transfer the kimchi to a solid container(Glass will be the best) as the fermentation is still processing and the container we provide will not be able to contain it.
Korean Paste, Mala Cravings, the manufacturing date is printed on the container, expiry date will be 1 year after the manufacturing date
Unusual Butter, it will last 1 week in the chiller and 1 month in the freezer.
As for the other products, the expiry date is at least 6 months after purchase date

Answer: No, we do not offer self collection.
Question: Can I do cash on delivery?
Answer: No, we do not offer cash on delivery because our driver are not allowed to handle any cash.
Question: How much should I order to entitled free delivery?
Answer: Delivery fee is $6.99 for orders below $80, orders above $80 will be free delivery
Question: What should I do if I receive the wrong items/missing items?
Answer: Kindly email or contact us and let us know the wrong/missing items within 24 hours after you receive the order.
