Cooking Instructions:
1. Partially thaw the steak and add a pinch of salt and pepper before cooking
2. Pre-heat the frying pan using high flame
3. Place the steak into the frying pan for about 1 minute
4. Flip the steak over and continue to cook for another 30 seconds
5. Adjust the flame to low and continue to cook for another 1 to 2 minutes (Depends on preference for rare, medium, well-done)
6. Remove the steak and serve it hot
