King Prawns with Minced Garlic & Chilli Padi

Prawns are a delicious and versatile ingredient that can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways. This recipe is created by our friend Engi, using large juicy king prawns bought from our store!


Salt - a pinch
Sugar - one spoon
Minced garlic - 2spoon
Soy sauce -1 and half spoon
Chilli Padi - 1pc
  • Cut chilli padi, mix all the condiments together
  • Slice the King Prawns vertically open to create a pocket
  • Add mixed condiments onto the prawn's pocket
Steam the prawns for 8-10 minutes:
